At its March meeting, Zonta Club of Frederick President Cheryl Concannon presented a $300 check to Carleah Summers, CEO of Andrea’s House. Andrea’s House is a faith-based residential program for women recovering from the disease of addiction. The donation will assist with housing and treatment services for its women and children.
